This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting UK-based beauty businesses including salons, clinics, and retailers.
• Identify and assess leads within the beauty, hair, and wellness sectors.
• Schedule high-quality discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Develop and maintain a steady pipeline utilizing CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Investigate target accounts and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and campaigns.
• Monitor outreach performance and improve conversion rates.
• Must reside in the UK and possess a strong understanding of the local beauty and wellness market.
• Over 3 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles or outbound sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling within the beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industries is essential.
• Proficient in cold calling and outbound prospecting techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is required.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Experience interacting with salon owners, spa managers, or retail buyers is highly preferred.
