This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and investigate potential clients throughout Mexico and Spanish-speaking LATAM via outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital channels.
• Initiate and sustain meaningful dialogues with prospects, uncovering their needs and effectively positioning Yuno's solutions.
• Clearly and compellingly present Yuno's value proposition, confidently addressing queries and concerns.
• Qualify leads and transfer high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team with comprehensive context.
• Ensure CRM records are precise and current, providing the team with a clear overview of pipeline activity.
• Track industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities across the region to enhance your prospecting strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to fine-tune outreach messaging and targeting.
• Propose innovative ideas to enhance prospecting methods — if you discover a better approach, share it.
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential — part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
• Over 2 years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales position.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM business landscape.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
