This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and assess occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation facilities that show potential for VR therapy.
• Initiate contact with key decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn, focusing on their needs and the value we provide.
• Evaluate leads according to established criteria and gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
• Organize high-quality introductory meetings for the sales team, ensuring a structured transfer of relevant insights.
• Independently oversee and manage the pipeline within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to enhance outreach strategies, messaging, and operational processes.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators to manage and enhance your own performance.
• Ideally possess experience in B2B sales (e.g., in roles such as SDR, BDR, or similar positions).
• Enjoy proactively reaching out to potential clients, engaging in discussions, and converting them into tangible opportunities.
• Strong motivation to meet objectives, demonstrate persistence, and make your contributions quantifiable.
• Capable of addressing various stakeholders appropriately and articulating complex topics clearly.
• Organized, self-directed working style with a solid sense of priorities.
• Proficient in using digital tools; prior experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and a data-driven approach is preferable.
• Excellent command of the German language (C2).
