This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Place 60–100 outbound calls each day to potential restaurant clients.
• Schedule 5–8 qualified demonstrations weekly for Account Executives.
• Assess inbound leads and ensure prompt follow-up actions.
• Keep precise and current records in CRM systems.
• Facilitate the smooth transfer of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.
• Operate independently while consistently meeting performance KPIs.
• 1–2 years of experience in technology sales, SaaS sales, or SDR positions.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass KPIs (80–100 calls/day with strong conversion rates).
• Dependable, high-speed internet connection and a professional remote working setup.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and focused on results.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience in selling to the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or similar platforms.
