This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You actively engage with potential new clients from the small and medium-sized business (SMB/SME) sector.
• You reach out to prospects who have created a trial account or otherwise expressed interest in Flixcheck.
• You identify opportunities, comprehend challenges, and assess whether Flixcheck could be the appropriate solution.
• You qualify leads according to established criteria and prepare them for transition to our sales team.
• You arrange qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
• You collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to consistently enhance the quality of our leads.
• You diligently document your activities in the CRM and monitor your KPIs.
• You contribute your own ideas and continuously refine our outreach strategy.
• You possess some initial experience in sales — preferably in a B2B, SaaS, or tech setting.
• You enjoy engaging with people and can quickly establish trust.
• You ask insightful questions, listen attentively, and identify needs.
• You operate in a structured manner and remain organized even when managing numerous calls and contacts.
• You are proactive and eager to contribute to a company’s growth.
• You communicate confidently and persuasively in German — both in writing and speaking.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or digital products is advantageous, but not mandatory.
