This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Execute outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
• Identify and qualify businesses that can benefit from managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and IT support.
• Generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities for Account Executives.
• Create targeted prospect lists and ensure accurate CRM records are maintained.
• Research prospects, industries, and company challenges to tailor outreach efforts.
• Oversee sales activities and update the pipeline within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to enhance outbound strategies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass outreach, pipeline, and booked meeting KPIs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, or outbound sales roles.
• Prior experience selling in B2B technology, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, telecom, or MSP environments is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills.
• Experience engaging with decision-makers in SMB and mid-market sectors.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong skills in handling objections and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
• A stable internet connection and a professional remote work environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience targeting sectors such as healthcare, legal, finance, construction, or professional services.
• Familiarity with MSP sales cycles, IT infrastructure concepts, cybersecurity services, or cloud platforms.
• Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting platforms.
