This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and outreach on LinkedIn
• Identify and assess potential B2B clients through thorough research and discovery
• Schedule high-quality meetings and demonstrations for the sales team
• Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and pipeline activities within CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs (calls, emails, meetings scheduled)
• Tailor messaging to engage prospects and boost conversion rates
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated experience with outbound sales techniques (cold calling and emailing)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in SaaS sales is a significant advantage
• Background in selling to international markets (US/UK) is a plus
