This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Accurately maintain and update records within SugarCRM, ensuring consistency.
• Guarantee the completeness of all accounts and contacts while eliminating duplicate or outdated entries.
• Organize and segment account lists to facilitate targeted outreach efforts.
• Create basic reports that support sales activities and enhance pipeline visibility.
• Analyze CRM data to uncover underpenetrated accounts, inactive customers, and opportunities for re-engagement.
• Research accounts to discover additional contacts and decision-makers.
• Assist in account expansion initiatives through well-structured outbound outreach.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers, warm prospects, and cold leads.
• Implement structured call campaigns and adhere to defined call cadences.
• Qualify leads by utilizing discovery questions and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Accurately log all call activities and outcomes within the CRM.
• Support lead follow-up and nurturing activities.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes for all interactions with prospects.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team regarding next steps and handoffs.
• Assist with ongoing lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, BDR, CRM administration, or B2B outbound calling.
• Proven hands-on experience with CRM systems like SugarCRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience confidently engaging with U.S.-based business professionals over the phone.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks while following structured processes.
• Proactive mindset: you recognize issues and opportunities without prompting.
• Must be available during U.S. business hours.

• Experience in B2B sales or lead generation campaigns within the manufacturing, packaging, or industrial sectors.
