This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee both inbound and outbound outreach efforts to potential clients interested in vehicle enhancements, upkeep, and styling services.
• Interact with customers across various channels, including the e-commerce platform and direct inquiries.
• Conduct thorough discovery calls to ascertain client requirements and vehicle aspirations.
• Manage the CRM pipeline diligently to ensure no potential lead is overlooked.
• Support the sales process with an emphasis on achieving high closure rates.
• Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to connect with clients at their convenience.
• Solid foundational understanding of automobiles, performance components, and automotive upkeep.
• Native-level proficiency in English accompanied by exceptional communication skills.
• Availability to work during CST hours with flexibility for after-hours and weekend shifts.
• High degree of coachability and an eagerness to excel in the sales field.
• A proactive, "hunter" mindset focused on achieving performance goals.

• Previous experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems.
• Skills in objection handling and closing sales effectively.
