This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and research potential international clients through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and digital platforms.
• Initiate and foster meaningful dialogues with prospects, uncovering their needs and effectively positioning Yuno's solutions.
• Clearly and compellingly present Yuno's value proposition, addressing inquiries and objections with assurance.
• Qualify leads and transfer high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team, providing comprehensive context.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure the team has a clear understanding of pipeline activities.
• Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor actions in the region to enhance your prospecting strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies for outreach.
• Propose innovative ideas for improving prospecting methods—if you identify a better approach, share it!
• Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential—part of the interview process will be conducted in English.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a prospecting, SDR, or outbound sales position.
• Over 1 year of experience in banking is a plus.
• Strong skills in relationship building and a genuine enthusiasm for sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement software.
• Results-oriented mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
