This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a pipeline of interested prospects while collaborating with Account Executives on subsequent actions.

• Generate and qualify outbound leads by actively creating and executing outreach campaigns directed at schools and districts on behalf of the Account Executives.

• Assess and evaluate incoming leads to ascertain their potential value.

• Perform comprehensive research to identify a school’s needs and challenges, crafting pertinent responses accordingly.

• Work in conjunction with the sales team to arrange initial meetings and follow-up appointments.

• Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing sales volume and operational efficiency.

• Partner with the sales team to refine outreach tactics and messaging effectiveness.

• Determine best practices for enhancing the company’s lead-generation playbook.

• Provide reports to the Sales Manager detailing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales outcomes.

• Serve as a bridge between marketing, sales, and other departments to facilitate seamless sales conversations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in a sales support or coordination position is preferred; experience in Educational Sales is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and adjust to shifting priorities.

• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
