Contractor – Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Sales team to shape strategies and processes that boost overall sales performance.

• Excel in a highly supportive team atmosphere, with comprehensive sales training, enablement, marketing, and operational support.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects, representing the future of education by enhancing how districts and teachers engage students, and offering methods that enable educators to create tailored learning experiences for various reading levels.

• Collect insights and feedback from the market to directly impact and drive future product improvements.

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through a strategic mix of automated and highly personalized email sequences, along with targeted daily phone outreach to key decision-makers in schools, including administrators and instructional coaches.

• Work closely with a dedicated Account Executive (AE) to align on territory strategy, coordinate outreach efforts, and seamlessly schedule introductory meetings with qualified prospects.

• Collaborate with the SDR team to evaluate calls, exchange successful strategies, and continuously refine outreach approaches, developing scripts and tailored messaging that resonates best in the market.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of lead generation or inside sales experience, with a demonstrated ability to engage prospects through email and phone discussions that lead to qualified meetings; K-12 EdTech experience is a plus.

• Ability to become a territory expert by consistently researching your area, monitoring account activities, and managing numerous school accounts across designated states.

• Utilize data insights and maintain impeccable CRM data hygiene to track outreach efforts, prioritize active leads, and ensure effective pipeline management.

• Exhibit a strong intrinsic motivation, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to handling daily tasks.

• Leverage experience with Salesforce.com and sales process training to skillfully manage a pipeline, meet and exceed team objectives, and uphold meticulous CRM data hygiene.

• Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to empathize with the challenges faced by various buyers.

• Capable of establishing clear value propositions that align buyer/user needs with the products and services we offer.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment and utilize creativity when collaborating with team members to ensure flawless execution.

• Experience using AI tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• A reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory, as this role is fully remote and relies on consistent video conferencing and CRM system accessibility.

• Professional fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required, including the ability to conduct effective calls, write clear and grammatically correct emails, and document activities accurately.

• Legal authorization to work in one of the following countries is required: Argentina; Brazil; Chile; Colombia; Costa Rica.
