This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct research to identify and qualify prospective clients, aiming to add 250 new leads to the CRM each week.
• Implement outbound prospecting initiatives through Cold Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn Outreach, and Social Selling Strategies.
• Ensure accurate and organized record-keeping within the CRM system.
• Assist in the setup and management of outbound sales tools.
• Collaborate in creating clear and engaging messages that resonate with both prospects and clients.
• Track outreach performance and conversion metrics.
• Compile weekly reports that detail activities, response rates, meetings scheduled, and key insights.
• Must be a native English speaker (both written and spoken).
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, including hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience in setting up and managing sales or marketing tools; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with customers or clients in a sales or marketing context.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies as necessary.
