• Contribute to the development of a pipeline at Monte Carlo.
• Assess incoming leads in accordance with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Engage with strategic prospects through outbound efforts and ensure prompt follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve pipeline objectives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pipeline generation or a role focused on processes.
• Proficient in navigating complex, consultative sales processes.
• Experience working in an early-stage or uncertain environment.
