This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create a continuous engagement strategy for assigned customer and prospect accounts aimed at achieving revenue targets.
• Conduct foundational research and gather intelligence within target accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account details.
• Engage in prospecting activities within target accounts through cold-calling, outbound outreach, networking, email communication, e-marketing campaigns, and social media engagement.
• Assess leads and contacts based on clearly defined criteria to effectively funnel valuable sales leads into the pipeline.
• Acquire and demonstrate a solid understanding of Workiva’s Platform, articulating its features and benefits to decision-makers.
• Assist in crucial tasks related to the sales cycle, including forecasting, reporting, maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and managing correspondence and communications.
• Encourage participation in various events (such as webinars and conferences) and ensure follow-up after these events.
• Stay updated on the latest Workiva product offerings and maintain competitive knowledge of the market.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly, monthly, and annual performance goals and metrics.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a related field.
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Self-driven with a strong focus on action, results, and ongoing improvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing competing priorities and initiatives.
• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of multitasking and handling various processes, programs, and procedures concurrently.
• Proficient in learning, developing, and applying skills in an online training setting.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for customer meetings and internal events.
• Reliable internet access for any duration spent working remotely outside of a Workiva office.
