This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to develop sales-ready opportunities, serving as the initial point of contact for prospects considering Wing.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and strategically engage prospects daily to build a pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL targets.
• Customize outreach based on each prospect’s objectives and business model; understand the Wing narrative and effectively convey our value in relieving repetitive tasks, scaling teams cost-effectively, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demos, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and successful deals.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess fit, pain points, and timing; identify key stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information during initial conversations, from the web, and other resources; maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Stay informed about the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors, providing market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline generation.
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar). *(Adjustable to 1–3 years for a more senior level.)*
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, capable of articulating value in both a quick cold call and a tailored email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-discipline to manage a high-volume sales desk without a traditional office setting.
• Comfortable handling a large volume of outreach; able to perform 50+ touches daily without compromising quality.
• CRM proficiency: ensuring clean data, updated stages, and actionable notes for Account Executives.
• A strong work ethic, competitiveness with oneself, and a desire to learn; you monitor your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view each “no” as an opportunity to refine messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
