This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities, acting as the initial contact for prospects assessing Wing.
• Engage in high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and strategically execute outbound touches daily to develop a pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL goals.
• Customize outreach to align with each prospect’s objectives and business model; master the Wing narrative and communicate our value in alleviating repetitive tasks, expanding teams cost-effectively, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demos, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and successful deals.
• Conduct discovery to assess fit, pain points, and timing; identify stakeholders within Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial conversations, online research, and other resources; maintain clean, precise, and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Stay proactively informed on the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors, sharing market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or surpass monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline creation.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or comparable roles). *(Adjustment to 1–3 years may be made for a more senior position.)*
• Confidence in verbal and written communication, capable of conveying value in both a 30-second cold call and a tailored email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-motivation to manage a high-volume desk without an office setting.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outreach; capable of executing 50+ touches daily while maintaining quality.
• CRM proficiency: ensuring clean data, updated stages, and notes that are useful for your AEs.
• Strong work ethic, a competitive spirit with personal benchmarks, and a willingness to learn; you track your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view every “no” as an opportunity for growth regarding messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
• Fully remote work environment.
• A 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory.
