This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Engage with customers who register, set up meetings, and assist them in getting started.
• Reach out to trial users to arrange onboarding sessions.
• Contact customers with unsuccessful payments and facilitate their reconnection with our team.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new prospects to generate new business.
• Utilize phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS to connect with potential clients.
• Maintain precise notes and updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to enhance our strategies and messaging.
• Continuously seek innovative methods to discover and engage new leads.
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in SDR, cold calling, or lead generation.
• Comfortable making 200–250 calls each day.
• Strong interpersonal skills - articulate speaker, attentive listener, and confident communicator.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, CRMs, and email outreach tools.
• Quick thinker, adept researcher, and skilled at identifying the right prospects.
• Able to handle rejection and persistently pursue goals.
• Self-driven and consistently striving to meet or exceed targets.
• Experience in AI or SaaS startups is an advantage.
