This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to establish sales-ready opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for potential clients assessing Wing.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach (including calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events) while making strategic outbound efforts daily to build the sales pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL targets.
• Customize outreach strategies to align with each prospect’s objectives and business model; master the Wing narrative and communicate our value in alleviating repetitive tasks, scaling teams cost-effectively, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring seamless transitions that convert into opportunities and successfully closed deals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess fit, pain points, and timing; identify key stakeholders within Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial conversations, online research, and other resources; maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Stay proactively informed about the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors, providing market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demonstrations, and pipeline development.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, door-to-door, inside sales, or similar roles). *(Adjustable to 1–3 years for a more senior candidate.)*
• Confidence in both verbal and written communication, allowing you to convey value whether during a 30-second cold call or in a personalized email.
• A dependable home or remote work environment and the self-discipline necessary to manage a high-volume desk without a traditional office setting.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outreach; capable of executing 50+ touches daily without compromising quality.
• CRM proficiency: maintain clean data, updated stages, and notes that are actionable for your Account Executives.
• A strong work ethic, self-competitiveness, and a willingness to learn; you monitor your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and perceive every “no” as a learning opportunity regarding messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
