This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to develop sales-ready opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for prospects considering Wing.
• Conduct high-volume, multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and execute strategic outbound touches daily to build a pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL targets.
• Customize outreach strategies to align with each prospect’s objectives and business model; master the Wing narrative and effectively communicate our value in automating repetitive tasks, scaling teams affordably, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring seamless transitions that result in opportunities and successfully closed deals.
• Perform discovery to assess fit, identify pain points, and establish timing; map stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial conversations, online research, and other sources; maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Stay informed about the AI, staffing, and outsourcing landscape, and provide market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and generated pipeline.
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a comparable role). *(Adjustable to 1–3 years for a more senior position.)*
• Confidence in both verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey value whether during a 30-second cold call or in a personalized email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-discipline to manage a high-volume desk without a traditional office setting.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outreach; comfortable making 50+ touches a day while maintaining quality.
• CRM proficiency: maintain clean data, updated stages, and notes that are useful for your AEs.
• Strong work ethic, self-competitiveness, and a desire to learn; you monitor your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view every “no” as feedback regarding messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
