This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to develop sales-ready opportunities while acting as the initial contact for prospects considering Wing.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and make strategic outreach daily to build the pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL goals.
• Customize outreach strategies to align with each prospect’s objectives and business model; master the Wing narrative and convey our value in alleviating repetitive tasks, scaling teams cost-effectively, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and closed-won deals.
• Conduct discovery to validate fit, challenges, and timelines; identify stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial discussions, online resources, and other channels; maintain clean, accurate, and updated records in the CRM.
• Stay informed on trends in AI, staffing, and outsourcing, sharing market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and pipeline development.
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar). *(Adjustable to 1–3 years for a more advanced role.)*
• Confidence in verbal and written communication, able to convey value effectively, whether during a 30-second cold call or through a personalized email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-discipline to manage a high-volume desk without a traditional office setting.
• Ability to handle high volume; capable of making 50+ touches a day without compromising quality.
• CRM proficiency: maintaining clean data, updated stages, and notes that are truly useful for your AEs.
• Strong work ethic, personal competitiveness, and a desire to learn; track your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and regard every “no” as a signal for improving messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
