This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Reach out to both potential and existing customers via multiple channels to develop a robust pipeline of leads.
• Foster relationships with prospective customers while assessing how the company's products/services meet their requirements.
• Organize sales demonstrations and meetings.
• Establish and oversee a CRM system or contact list.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure lead generation aligns with the overall sales strategy.
• Set sales objectives aimed at boosting revenue and report on the performance results of the sales team.
• Design, distribute, and gather customer feedback surveys, compiling the findings into a datasheet or report.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints as the initial point of contact.
• Undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Holder of a bachelor's degree or certificate course.
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets while effectively managing customer relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level).
• Strong communication abilities via phone, email, and instant messaging.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about current technologies, such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP.
• Proficient in word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiar with online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive and confident, with a keen eye for detail.
