This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities while being the initial point of contact for prospects assessing Wing.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound strategies (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) and implement strategic outreach daily to build the pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL objectives.
• Customize outreach according to each prospect’s objectives and business model; become proficient in the Wing narrative and communicate our value in alleviating repetitive tasks, scaling teams affordably, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demos, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and successful closed deals.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to qualify fit, pain points, and timing; identify stakeholders within Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial conversations, online resources, and other channels; maintain clean, accurate, and updated records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors proactively, providing market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demos, and generated pipeline.
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or related roles). *(Consider 1–3 years for a more advanced position.)*
• Confidence in both verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey value effectively whether during a brief cold call or a tailored email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-motivation to manage a high-volume desk independently.
• Ability to handle high volume; capable of executing 50+ outreach attempts daily without compromising quality.
• CRM proficiency: maintain clean data, updated stages, and notes that are useful for Account Executives.
• Strong work ethic, personal competitiveness, and a desire to learn; you monitor your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view every “no” as an opportunity to refine messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
