This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Identify, educate, and qualify leads to generate sales-ready opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for prospects assessing Wing.
• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound strategies (including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events) while making strategic daily contacts to build the pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL goals.
• Customize outreach based on the unique objectives and business models of each prospect; master the Wing narrative to effectively communicate our value in eliminating repetitive tasks, scaling teams cost-effectively, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and successful deals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess fit, pain points, and timing; identify stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial discussions, online research, and other available resources; maintain organized, accurate, and current records in the CRM.
• Stay informed about the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors, providing market insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or surpass monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demonstrations, and pipeline creation.
• 6 months to 2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or a similar role). *(May adjust to 1–3 years for a more senior position.)*
• Ability to confidently communicate value both verbally and in writing, whether during a 30-second cold call or in a tailored email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-motivation to manage a high-volume workload without an office setting.
• Comfort with managing high volumes; capable of executing 50+ outreach attempts daily while maintaining quality.
• CRM proficiency: ensuring data is accurate, stages are updated, and notes are useful for your Account Executives.
• Strong work ethic, self-competitiveness, and a willingness to learn; track your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view every “no” as an opportunity to refine your messaging, timing, or targeting.
• Preferred: experience in selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO/outsourced services.
