This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Identify organizations that are actively recruiting for positions that Wing can assist with, including Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, Customer Support, Sales Support, Recruiting Support, Operations Support, and various other business support roles.
• Conduct research on target accounts to comprehend their hiring needs, the reasons they may require assistance, and where Wing could be an ideal solution.
• Engage with potential clients through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods.
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns focusing on hiring signals, job advertisements, company expansion, and operational challenges.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to grasp the prospect's hiring requirements, challenges, urgency, and openness to remote talent or AI-powered workforce solutions.
• Clearly articulate what Wing Assistant offers and its significance to secure subsequent meetings.
• Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives with organizations that exhibit a clear demand, relevant hiring activities, or a strong justification for Wing's services.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to cultivate and maintain a robust, well-qualified pipeline.
• Transfer opportunities seamlessly, providing AEs with the context necessary to advance deals.
• Relay essential information from discovery sessions, including the roles the company is hiring for, the existing hiring process, pain points, timing, budget considerations, and key decision-makers involved.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, notes, and pipeline data in our CRM.
• Communicate insights gained from prospects back to the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Assist in refining messaging and outreach strategies based on what resonates with companies.
• Identify trends in hiring demand, objections, and sectors where Wing is gaining traction.
• Propose new outbound strategies based on job postings, hiring patterns, and conversations with prospects.
• 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a similar outbound position.
• A genuine interest in B2B sales; extra points for experience in SaaS, AI, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, or global workforce operations.
• A proven track record in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to be concise and engaging.
• Comfortable reaching out to organizations that may not have previously considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent.
• Strong research capabilities and the ability to translate hiring signals into pertinent outbound messaging.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the resilience to persist even on challenging days.
• A strong drive to achieve clear goals, activity metrics, and scheduled meeting targets.
• Capability to manage your own desk while fostering collaboration across teams.
• A sincere eagerness to rapidly learn about the product, the industry, and the sales process.
• Nice to Have: Experience with staffing firms, recruiting agencies, BPOs, outsourcing companies, virtual assistant firms, digital agent companies, or high-ticket professional services.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Close, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Knowledge of auto dialers, power dialers, cold calling workflows, and high-volume outbound systems.
• Experience prospecting to founders, executives, operations leaders, HR leaders, recruiting teams, customer support leaders, or sales leaders.
• Understanding of business support workflows such as executive assistance, admin support, sales support, customer support, recruiting coordination, inbox/calendar management, and back-office operations.
• Compensation, Bonus, and Commission.
