📋 Description

• Prospecting & Outbound (pure execution): You will conduct cold prospecting campaigns primarily through LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), calls, and WhatsApp, focusing on generating real business opportunities.

• Lead Management (constant follow-up): You will be responsible for actively following up with each prospect: messages, emails, calls, and re-contacting until a response or closure is achieved.

• Qualification & Scheduling: Your main goal will be to identify opportunities, qualify them, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

• Tool Utilization: You will work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and outreach tools to maintain order, traceability, and volume in management.

• Market Knowledge: You will develop a solid understanding of target industries to ensure that each meeting generated is of high quality and aligned with the team’s success indicators.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in outbound B2B: You have worked as an SDR, Setter, or in demand generation roles, ideally in agencies or high-volume environments.

• Proficient in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator: You know how to search for leads, identify decision-makers, and effectively execute cold outreach.

• Comfortable with rejection: You feel at ease making cold calls and contacting individuals who are not expecting your outreach.

• Organized and reliable: You can manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing track.

• Ability to propose and execute ideas autonomously, with a desire to learn and grow within a young and pioneering company in the sector.

• Reside in Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, or Venezuela and seeking a 20-hour work week arrangement.
