This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Qualify incoming leads — engage, assess, and efficiently route leads to Account Executives (AEs) with accuracy and speed.
• Manage outbound prospecting — identify, research, and initiate contact with target accounts in key Indonesian sectors (e-commerce, retail, fintech, education, F&B).
• Conduct group demonstrations — lead scalable product presentations for prospect groups, clearly and compellingly conveying Wati's value proposition.
• Enhance the outbound system — oversee sequences, maintain CRM hygiene, test messaging, and identify effective strategies to continuously enhance pipeline quality.
• Collaborate with AEs — transfer qualified opportunities with comprehensive context to ensure nothing is overlooked.
• Achieve your targets — meet weekly activity benchmarks, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and goals for pipeline contribution.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or technology).
• Demonstrated success in meeting outbound or pipeline objectives.
• Excellent communication skills — able to craft cold messages that elicit responses and conduct demos that generate excitement.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales engagement tools.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bonus points if you also speak Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or Cantonese — particularly advantageous for cross-market collaboration.
