This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Engaging in Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients that fit watchTowr’s target market and ideal customer profile.
• Foster interest in watchTowr’s offerings and qualify leads for transition to the sales team.
• Outreach and Engagement
• Create tailored outreach messages that address customer pain points and resonate with watchTowr’s value propositions.
• Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections to interact with prospects.
• Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships to advance them through the sales funnel.
• Lead Qualification
• Apply established criteria to qualify leads, ensuring alignment with watchTowr’s ideal customer profile.
• Conduct discovery conversations to gather insights into lead needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Prioritize and categorize leads based on their engagement levels and readiness to purchase.
• CRM and Data Management
• Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions and prospect information in the CRM to uphold an organized and current pipeline.
• Exceptional Communication Skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, capable of crafting clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
• Proficient in active listening, facilitating effective conversations and discovery during outreach.
• Persistence and Resilience
• Proven resilience in managing outreach activities, adept at handling rejections and following up with prospects.
• Organised and Detail-Oriented
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of prospects and tasks.
• Proficiency in Sales Tools and CRM Systems
• Familiarity with CRM software (such as HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
• Research and Analytical Skills
• Capable of conducting research to identify relevant prospects and comprehend their pain points and needs.
• Possess an analytical mindset to evaluate lead quality and relevance based on established qualification criteria.
