This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive outbound prospecting of companies utilizing multichannel approaches, including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach;

• Manage, oversee, and enhance prospecting sequences through the Ramper platform;

• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, categorize, and qualify profiles that align with the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);

• Create tailored outreach based on market analysis, account context, and commercial insights;

• Assess leads according to the criteria established by the sales team and transfer opportunities to Account Executives;

• Monitor and achieve weekly and monthly objectives related to scheduled meetings and the generation of qualified opportunities;

• Record, update, and ensure all sales interactions and activities are maintained in the CRM with organization, consistency, and operational discipline;

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance ICPs, messaging, outreach strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in outbound prospecting within a B2B environment

• Background in technology, telecommunications, connectivity, or intricate B2B solutions

• Acquaintance with sales engagement tools such as Ramper or equivalent solutions

• Practical experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for research, segmentation, and outreach to key accounts

• Strong, clear, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly generate interest and engagement

• Analytical mindset capable of tracking metrics, interpreting data, and fostering continuous enhancements in sales processes and methodologies

• Resilience, determination, and consistency in execution, maintaining high performance amidst objections and repetitive prospecting cycles

• Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous for managing and working with accounts in other LATAM regions.
