This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take charge of meeting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
• Schedule 4-6 new meetings each week.
• Adhere to the established process and utilize our tools effectively.
• Successfully navigate past the "gatekeeper" to reach the intended individual.
• Follow up on cancellations to try and reschedule appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and update information in our customer relationship management software.
• A secondary responsibility is to focus on attention to detail—taking notes and updating information in Salesforce.
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Provide strong customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with a diverse range of prospective customers and personalities.
• This position is a support role—being a team player with a positive and helpful attitude is essential, along with maintaining a calm demeanor while engaging with prospective customers over the phone, communicating clearly, and setting appointments.
• Utilize active listening and rebuttal techniques; gather relevant information, document it promptly, and transition to the next call with renewed confidence to set appointments.
• Must be open to constructive feedback and willing to refine techniques for setting appointments and discussing information.
• Ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner in English with various users over the phone.
• Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience in the automotive industry, specifically working with or selling to dealerships.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
