This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate a qualified sales pipeline through extensive outbound initiatives across various channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers in B2B SaaS organizations.
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, comprising 70% calls, 15% emails, and 15% LinkedIn outreach.
• Aim to secure approximately 7 to 8 qualified meetings each month.
• Develop and oversee outbound sequences utilizing automation tools.
• Identify and connect with decision-makers within targeted B2B SaaS accounts.
• Assess leads according to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and business requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and founders on messaging and strategic direction.
• Maintain precise CRM data and track the sales pipeline.
• Continuously enhance outreach performance.
• A minimum of 1 year of SDR experience in a B2B tech sales setting (significant advantage).
• A demonstrated history of success in cold calling and outbound sales (essential).
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, dialers, and outbound sales platforms.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher preferred).
• Comfortable meeting high activity metrics and performance goals.
