
Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Perform outbound prospecting through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and various lead generation activities, achieving over 150 touchpoints daily.
⢠Identify and engage with potential clients across designated industries, with a strong preference for Healthcare.
⢠Arrange meetings and create qualified sales opportunities for leadership and sales teams, aiming for 8-10 qualified meetings each month.
⢠Develop and sustain prospect pipelines utilizing CRM systems and lead generation tools.
⢠Investigate target companies, key decision-makers, and market prospects.
⢠Work together with internal leadership to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.
⢠A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as SDR, Inside Sales Representative, Outbound Specialist, or other similar outbound sales positions.
⢠Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
⢠Experience in startup or small-company environments within the IT, healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors.
⢠Capability to work autonomously with little supervision.
⢠Knowledge of CRM systems and lead generation platforms (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.).
⢠Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
⢠A significant advantage: Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant environments or healthcare-related technology solutions.
