📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a dynamic prospecting engine utilizing outbound channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, social) to create qualified meetings.

• Identify, research, and prioritize high-potential accounts and buyer personas among e-commerce, payments, and retail decision-makers (such as VPs of eCommerce, CFOs, and Heads of Payments).

• Articulate FlexPay’s BNPL value proposition into engaging outreach that appeals to both technical and business stakeholders.

• Qualify incoming interest to uncover pain points, evaluate fit, and convert leads into a robust pipeline.

• Test various messaging, sequencing, and targeting strategies to enhance our initial go-to-market approach.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to ensure alignment on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), narratives, and campaign execution.

• Multi-thread within target accounts and foster relationships with executives and key decision-makers.

• Ensure CRM excellence by tracking activities, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and providing accurate forecasts for activities and meetings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a B2B SDR/BDR in technology, fintech, or e-commerce SaaS.

• Demonstrated success in surpassing activity and meeting targets while generating a qualified pipeline.

• Proficient with contemporary sales tools (Salesforce, Slack, Builtwith Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills — articulate, confident, and persuasive.

• Comfortable with cold calling, innovative outbound strategies, and customizing messages for various audiences.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at navigating ambiguity in a rapidly growing environment.

• Inquisitive, coachable, and motivated by learning about fintech, retail, and emerging technologies.
