This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Take ownership of top-of-funnel outbound prospecting within designated territories and target accounts.
• Conduct research on prospects, initiate outbound calls, arrange appointments, send tailored emails, and create new qualified opportunities.
• Interact with decision-makers, identify business needs, assess interest, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain a consistent daily rhythm of outbound activities while ensuring accurate records are kept in the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to enhance messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
• Must be based in or able to work in Denver, Colorado.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling, sending outbound emails, and proactive prospecting.
• A competitive mindset and a strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
• Demonstrated organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of activities while maintaining discipline in CRM usage.
• Open to coaching, resilient, and willing to improve based on feedback.
• 0–2+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, real estate, customer-facing roles, or business development.
• Previous experience in outbound prospecting or cold-calling is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
• Interest in sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, telecom, renewables, finance, or asset acquisition.
