This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and evaluate inbound and outbound leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, email, and various other channels.
• Effectively communicate Typescouts' value proposition to companies located in the U.S. and Canada.
• Schedule discovery calls and transfer qualified leads to our leadership team.
• Keep the CRM updated with precise lead information and activity records.
• Work in tandem with the marketing team to enhance messaging and lead generation tactics.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation capacity.
• Understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
• Proven experience in selling to North American markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong skills in communication and persuasion.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused on achieving results.
• Prior experience working remotely or with international teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
