This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through LinkedIn, email, and various other platforms.
• Effectively convey Typescouts' value proposition to companies in the U.S. and Canada.
• Schedule discovery calls and transfer qualified leads to our leadership team.
• Keep the CRM updated with precise lead information and activity records.
• Work alongside the marketing team to enhance messaging and lead generation strategies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation roles.
• Understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
• Proven experience selling to North American markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong skills in communication and persuasion.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Self-motivated, organized, and focused on achieving results.
• Previous experience working remotely or with international teams is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive is a plus.
