This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads through LinkedIn, email, and various other channels.
• Effectively communicate Typescouts' value proposition to companies in the U.S. and Canada.
• Schedule discovery calls and transition qualified leads to our leadership team.
• Keep the CRM updated with precise lead information and activity records.
• Work alongside the marketing team to enhance messaging and lead generation techniques.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, outreach, or lead generation.
• Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
• Proven experience selling to North American markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong ability to communicate and persuade effectively.
• Comfortable performing cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
• Self-driven, organized, and focused on achieving results.
• Prior experience working remotely or with international teams.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
