This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads through LinkedIn, email, and various other channels.
• Effectively communicate Typescouts' value proposition to businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
• Schedule discovery calls and transfer qualified leads to our leadership team.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead details and activity records.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to enhance messaging and lead generation tactics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation position.
• Knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services.
• Proven experience selling to North American markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• At ease with cold outreach, including via email and LinkedIn.
• Self-driven, organized, and focused on achieving results.
• Prior experience working remotely or with global teams.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
