This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound strategies, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative methods.
• Conduct research to pinpoint target accounts and key stakeholders by utilizing data and intent signals.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads to gauge customer needs, priorities, and fit potential.
• Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives, positioning them for success.
• Tailor outreach efforts with insightful messaging that addresses genuine customer challenges.
• Work collaboratively with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps to enhance targeting, messaging, and overall processes.
• Sustain precise activity and pipeline information in Salesforce and other sales tools.
• Commit to ongoing improvement through coaching, constructive feedback, and experimentation.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer-facing, or quota-driven roles within the SaaS industry.
• A strong desire to build a career in sales—this position serves as a stepping stone, not a cul-de-sac.
• Comfort with outbound tasks, including cold calling and proactive engagement.
• Grit, resilience, and the capability to hear “no” without losing momentum.
• Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and via video.
• A growth mindset: you are coachable, curious, and eager to enhance your skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) is advantageous but not mandatory.
