This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be tasked with inside sales, lead generation, communication, prospecting, and business development.
• In the role of SDR, you will prospect, qualify, and create opportunities to foster the overall growth of the business in the US and select international markets.
• You will serve as the initial point of contact in generating new opportunities for the company and will significantly contribute to our growth.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Over one year of experience in software sales.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in prospecting and selling software in new markets.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Capability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• A proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with utilizing technology for effective research and prospecting (e.g., LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Salesloft).
• A fearless approach and a persistent attitude.
• Ability to establish credibility with potential buyers effortlessly.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within the Sales Team.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
