This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively seek out, research, and connect with potential K–12 clients through outbound calls, email initiatives, and social media engagement.
• Create qualified sales leads and establish a pipeline for Account Executives.
• Design innovative outreach methods customized to different buyer personas, school districts, and geographic areas.
• Evaluate inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs, suitability, and readiness to purchase.
• Arrange meetings and smoothly hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of The Princeton Review’s products, services, and unique value proposition to effectively engage prospects.
• 1–3 years of experience in K–12 sales, business development, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual communication abilities.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system to track pipeline activities.
• Highly organized with the capability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving quantifiable outcomes.
• Strong inquisitiveness and discovery skills to effectively identify customer needs.
• Capacity to manage outreach across various U.S. time zones.
