This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take responsibility for converting warm, AI-generated inbound and outbound interactions into qualified meetings.
• Ensure every lead is actively engaged and progressed with urgency.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of high-quality leads for Account Executives.
• Conduct structured daily call sessions targeting high-potential accounts, including engaged prospects, reactivated leads, current customers, and previously lost opportunities.
• Utilize phone outreach as the main channel to expedite conversations and qualification.
• Rapidly evaluate prospect suitability, recognize buying intent, and secure meetings.
• Actively engage in platforms frequented by target buyers (e.g., LinkedIn, Reddit).
• Utilize AI-powered outbound systems that manage list creation, segmentation, and initial outreach.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing pipeline and activity goals.
• Strong phone presence and the ability to handle high-volume calling comfortably.
• Exceptional written communication skills (email and social selling).
• Experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude.
• Capability to work efficiently in a remote, asynchronous-first environment.
