
Sales Development Representative Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and investigate potential accounts and contacts; assist in refining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Conduct daily multi-channel outreach: cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn communications
• Oversee and implement AiSDR campaigns (set up targets, messaging variations, launches, monitoring, and revisions)
• Initiate creative outreach experiments (A/B testing on subject lines, openers, CTAs, sequences, and personas); document findings and suggest subsequent tests
• Qualify both inbound and outbound responses; arrange meetings and ensure smooth handoffs with context
• Keep precise records of activities, outcomes, and notes in HubSpot; maintain organized and clean data
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to enhance messaging, handle objections, and refine outbound templates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and resilient in the face of rejection
• Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through; capable of working with minimal supervision
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; disciplined in tracking work and results
• Experience with HubSpot (or other CRM systems), sequencing tools, and list-building/research workflows (preferred)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred)
• Knowledge of the latest AI technologies (Claude / co-work, AISDR, Notion AI) (preferred)
• Interest in clean energy, commercial real estate, or B2B sales (preferred).
