This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Identify and seek new potential clients interested in logistics services.
• Create and develop sales opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients and presenting the services of envia.com.
• Conduct presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Carry out platform onboarding to finalize the sale.
• Negotiate sales terms, conditions, and prices with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competition, and the evolving needs of clients to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to address any questions, concerns, or issues that may arise.
• Attend events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote products.
• Manage the CRM and keep it updated with client information and sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, IT, and accounting to ensure a smooth and satisfactory client experience.
• Bachelor's degree in international business, marketing, industrial engineering, business administration, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in sales, including prospecting from scratch, B2B.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools.
• Proficiency in Excel, Sales Navigator, and CRM.
• Experience in logistics, technology, and transportation (not mandatory).
• Commission structure with no cap.
