This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Arrange meetings with highly qualified prospects for your field sales team members by employing established sales methodologies and strategies within your designated territory.
• Create a proactive outbound prospecting strategy to effectively develop your territory in collaboration with field sales.
• Oversee marketing lead generation and follow-up activities on inbound leads within your territory.
• Utilize premier tools such as Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Navigator, Claude AI, and Notion to maximize impact across your territory.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and partners to cultivate a robust and qualified pipeline for your territory.
• Through training and enablement, develop a comprehensive understanding of cold-calling prospecting, become a Tanium expert, and stay informed about the competitive landscape and current market trends.
• Collaborate with your leadership team to enhance communication skills and learn to deliver effective reports back to the business.
• Achieve or surpass minimum weekly activity metrics, including calls, emails, conversations, and meetings.
• Work alongside your team and business partners in a highly collaborative setting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Security.
• Show enthusiasm for being part of a team dedicated to assisting customers with their most critical needs in Security and IT while fostering innovation and collaboration across the business.
• Establish strong relationships throughout the organization and become a trusted resource for the team.
• Collaborate closely with a high-energy, dynamic sales team to continuously optimize strategic sales approaches.
• Demonstrate a desire to learn, a commitment to improving by 1% each day, and a receptiveness to feedback.
• Possess a competitive mindset that motivates you to excel.
• Five days allocated as volunteer time off (VTO) to engage with the communities they inhabit and contribute to the causes they care about most.
