This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of a designated geographical area and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through regular on-site engagement.
• Actively seek prospects in the field by visiting clinics, practices, and care facilities.
• Manage the complete sales process from start to finish: discovery, solution positioning, addressing objections, closing deals, and onboarding new clients.
• Comprehend practitioners’ workflows and customize solutions to assist them in saving time.
• Provide hands-on product onboarding and training within medical practices.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to enhance messaging and share insights gathered from the field.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong drive for sales and comfort in working towards set objectives.
• Capability to manage a complete sales cycle with some guidance.
• Interest in healthcare, digital products, or technology that enhances professional workflows.
• A collaborative mindset, receptiveness to feedback, and a strong desire for personal and professional growth.
