This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads to identify business opportunities.
• Seek out and recognize potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various outreach strategies.
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential customers.
• Conduct research on target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Keep precise records of outreach efforts and lead statuses within CRM systems.
• Consistently follow up with prospects throughout the sales journey.
• Work alongside sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation tactics.
• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and pipeline objectives.
• Remain updated on company offerings, services, and market dynamics.
• Prior experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfort in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Capability to manage objections while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a robust drive to meet targets.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and pipeline management.
