⢠Remain updated on company offerings, services, and market dynamics.
⢠Prior experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a related field is preferred.
⢠Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
⢠Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
⢠Comfort in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
⢠Capability to manage objections while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
⢠Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
⢠Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
⢠Goal-oriented attitude with a robust drive to meet targets.
⢠Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
