This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners utilizing provided leads and dialing systems.
• Present and spark interest in residential solar solutions.
• Assess homeowners based on predefined criteria.
• Address objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Inform prospects about the advantages of adopting solar energy.
• Arrange qualified appointments for the Solar Sales Team.
• Keep precise records of calls and appointment results.
• Consistently achieve or surpass appointment-setting targets.
• Excellent English communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Poised and professional speaking manner.
• Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, or customer service is preferred.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Strong skills in objection handling and managing conversations.
• Quick learner who adapts easily to scripts and processes.
• Self-driven, goal-focused, and results-oriented.
• Dependable internet connection and quality headset required.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
