This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Pipeline Development - Assess leads and arrange appointments for the account executive team.
• Prospecting & Qualification - Proactively engage with engineering leads and decision-makers through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, averaging around 60+ activities daily.
• Outbound Excellence - Create and manage focused outbound campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing team to continually refine messaging and strategies.
• Engage & Share Compelling Narratives - Spark interest in AI solutions through effective storytelling and value-driven discussions with engineering professionals.
• GTM Engineering - Explore innovative methods to connect with senior and management target groups, with added value for experience with Clay.
• Iterate & Enhance - Evaluate outreach outcomes, experiment with new tactics, and consistently improve SDR playbooks.
• Strong alignment with core values and capability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
• Proven and demonstrable experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS context.
• Impressive track record of success (e.g., consistently surpassing quotas over multiple quarters).
• Ability to confidently present complex technical solutions (bonus for familiarity with AI, CAD, CAE, or Engineering Automation).
• Resilience in managing rejections with poise, rapid iteration capability, and a robust growth mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
• Enthusiasm for identifying new opportunities and driving them forward actively.
• Preferred (but not mandatory): Experience with the Clay platform.
• Background in engineering or technical disciplines.
• Prior experience in AI or deep-tech organizations.
• Competitive remuneration: Entry Level OTE: €44,500 – €54,300 | Intermediate OTE: €51,900 – €66,100.
