Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with warm, exclusive leads generated via our proprietary platform.

• Assess prospects and identify their protection needs through consultative discussions.

• Arrange and conduct virtual meetings and presentations following a proven sales methodology.

• Manage leads throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to application submission.

• Process applications digitally using a mobile-friendly approach.

• Monitor activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within the AI-driven CRM.

• Take part in continuous coaching, team meetings, and training sessions.

• Provide feedback to enhance the sales process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing position.

• Strong communication skills and ease in engaging with individuals.

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing time independently.

• Open to coaching and eager to adhere to an established system.

• Proficient in working virtually with CRM and sales tools.

• Possession of a life insurance license, or a willingness to obtain one.

• Must be a current U.S. resident authorized to work in the United States.

• No visa sponsorship is available.

• A state life insurance license is necessary to sell, but not required to apply.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
